The magic of crystals gained popularity in recent year a lot. As a society we started to accept the power locked in stones, and gems- although most of cultures and traditions from across the World were aware of their power from thousands of years.


There is a stone to help you with everything. Some will help you heal; some will help you fall in love with yourself or the World again. Some will bring abundance; some repeal the evil eye. They can be carried in jewelry, anoint your living space. Some carry them in bags, pockets, underwear. The point is that with proper care they can enhance the powers we have within or bring other towards us- make our existence better, our life more balanced.

There are certain stones that are meant for a specific person. They are associated with each zodiac sign: we are going to find your birthstone today. Birthstone is a gem that represents person's month of birth. It's believed that wearing this specific stone is going to ward of potential problems and bad luck. The association of certain stones changed with the time: these are the official stones for each month from 15th to 20th century: 


January: Garnet 

There are many beliefs in the power garnet has over the not just physical health, but mental health as well. Garnet’s virtues have been long believed to include passion, true friendship, fidelity, success, self-esteem, loyalty, devotion, energy, faith, consistency, and truth. The stone also sharpens your perception of yourself and other people. Amethyst holds the power to dissipate evil thoughts and quicken one's intelligence. Healers have been using amethyst to increase their psychic abilities and intuition for centuries. March: Aquamarine

Aquamarine evokes the purity of crystalline waters, and the exhilaration and relaxation of the sea. It is calming, soothing, and cleansing, and inspires truth, trust and letting go. a talisman of good luck, fearlessness and protection. It was also considered a stone of eternal youth and happiness. . As a stone of symmetries, it is conducive for meditation and revelation, a stone of prophets, shamans, healers, and mystics. It also allows us to explore the darkest depths of our souls, face to face with ourselves, and with others. Associated with the Throat chakra, Aquamarine helps overcome the fear of speaking, and is an excellent stone for teachers and presenters of all types. Aquamarine accelerates the intellectual reasoning processes and enhances the ability for rapid response. April: Diamond
