Self-Love Bath

February is the month of Love! We all know that, but I want to encourage you to fall in love with yourself first. We are always told, that it's selfish but the truth is- no one can pour from an empty cup. I believe that only when you love yourself, you can receive the love you deserve from everybody else.

It all comes to self-image. Let me explain it using numbers: when you love yourself at 20%, and someone comes into your life and loves you at 25%- you will think that this is a perfect relationship. But the truth is that it's not even half of what you deserve. Unfortunately, you won't know the difference because the 25% your received was already beyond anything you could ever imagine. Don't get me wrong- I don't think that the 25% is bad- but I know you deserve the 100% and more. I just need you to feels this way too-because you deserve nothing less than that.

This New Moon is a perfect time to plant the seeds of Self-Love. Treat yourself with this Self-Love Bath!

Himalayan Pink Salt

Very similar properties to Rose Quartz and is an excellent crystal for love especially self-love. It not only helps one to experience self-love, but also, to take action and do things that self-love implies, for example; finding sense of purpose, to live a healthier lifestyle, learning to say ‘no’, or to take time for personal recreation and enjoyment.

Rose Essential Oil

It's magical correspondences are love, peace, sex, harmony, beauty, well-being, self-confidence, creativity, protective, divination, blessings, helps in 'letting go'. You can also use Jasmin or Lavender scents. I find that Sandalwood is perfect for self- love rituals as well.

Rose petals, Lavender buds- any flowers that you love most! A splash of Moon Water, Milk, Honey and some pink or white candles- play some relaxing music, and enjoy!

When you're sitting in the warm water tell yourself how much you love yourself. Every little detail. Every imperfection that makes you- you. When you can't seem to find anything you like about yourself- imagine your younger self- tell them what you love about them.

I love you all! Be kind to yourself!
